Infinitum&#8221; Exhibition at the Olomouc Museum of Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"txtblock wow fadeIn\" data-wow-delay=\"0.2s\">\r\n    <div class=\"container\">\r\n        <div class=\"row\">\r\n            <div class=\"col-xl-8 offset-xl-2 col-lg-10 offset-lg-1\">\r\n        <h1 class=\"wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-delay=\"0.2s\">Art and Heritage in Central Europe<\/h1>            <div class=\"txt wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-delay=\"0.3s\"><p>Museum of Modern Art in Olomouc invites you for an exhibtion of L\u00e1szlo Lakner (April 15, 1936, Budapest), one of the most important artists and actors of the Hungarian neo-avant-garde.<\/p>\n<p>Interest in the Central European neo-avant-garde is on the rise again in the contemporary art world, with the exploration of the legacy of pictorial realism playing a specific role within it. As an isolated phenomenon, it has so far received attention rather haphazardly, in connection with the work of particular personalities or schools. It is as if it were a personal inclination rather than a general basis of artistic production or the foundation of visual culture.<\/p>\n<p>What is unique, is the attempt to embrace (figurative) painting and the forms of realism of the second half of the 20th century and the first decades of the 21st century on a broader Central European scale. This is facilitated by the composition of the author team, the contextualisation of the author\u2019s production (with the help of Daniel Balab\u00e1n, Daniel Fischer, Milan Kn\u00ed\u017e\u00e1k, Daniel Pit\u00edn, Danuta Urbanowicz, whose works are part of the permanent exhibition Century of Relativity) and the participation of important collection and memory institutions operating in the region. The exhibition is accompanied by an independent monograph prepared in cooperation with the Brno publishing house Star\u00e1 po\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<p>Curators: D\u00e1vid Feh\u00e9r, Barbora Kundra\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1<br \/>\nCollections: Museum of Fine Arts \u2013 Hungarian National Gallery (Budapest), Ludwig Museum \u2013 Museum of Contemporary Art (Budapest), Municipal Gallery \u2013 Kiscell Museum (Budapest), King St Stephen Museum (Sz\u00e9kesfeh\u00e9rv\u00e1r), private collections<br \/>\nThe project was created based on institutional support for the long-term conceptual development of a research organization provided by the Ministry of Culture, Czech Republic.
