Collection \u2013 International Biennial of Young Artists Danuvius 1968&#8221; Exhibition at the Slovak National Gallery in Bratislava"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"txtblock wow fadeIn\" data-wow-delay=\"0.2s\">\r\n    <div class=\"container\">\r\n        <div class=\"row\">\r\n            <div class=\"col-xl-8 offset-xl-2 col-lg-10 offset-lg-1\">\r\n        <h1 class=\"wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-delay=\"0.2s\">Art and Heritage in Central Europe<\/h1>            <div class=\"txt wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-delay=\"0.3s\"><p>The exhibition presents a long-overlooked set of works from the Slovak National Gallery collection as acquired from the legendary International Biennial of Young Artists DANUVIUS 68 curated by \u013dubor K\u00e1ra that took place under dramatic circumstances following the August occupation of Czechoslovakia.<\/p>\n<p>The Biennial as a historically important exhibition from 1968 is presented through contemporary documents and particularly through works by Slovak, Czech, and foreign authors such as J. Jankovi\u010d, M. \u0160utej, S. Filko, A. Frohner, A. Ku\u010derov\u00e1, G. Pisani, M. Raysse, M. Ikeda, H. Akiyama, N. Pliskova, J. Hilmar, V. Popovi\u010d, P. Binder, E. Ov\u010d\u00e1\u010dek, and J. Bartusz, as well as others.
