Associate Professor and the Rector of the Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire. Her research and teaching focus on 20th century music, and totalitarian regimes versus music. She is a member of Georgian Composers and Musicologists National Union. She was awarded the Silver Medal “For Merit to Culture Gloria Artis” for her outstanding contribution to the growth of culture and of Polish-Georgian relations (2022).
